About the Role

• This role offers a unique opportunity to lead one of the company's high-priority projects: relaunching Meal Box’s on-demand services across major food delivery platforms.
• The successful candidate will take an active role across multiple key functions, including Business Development, Co-marketing, and Sales/Account Management. You will have the creative freedom to develop your own ideas and see their direct impact on the company’s real-world operations.
• You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with department heads, receiving direct mentorship and coaching from the CEO on strategic projects.
• We are looking for: An energetic, positive, and highly analytical individual with a resilient "never-give-up" mindset and the ability to think outside the box.

Requirements & Desired Skillls

• Education: Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Economics, or Administrative Sciences.
• Passion: A strong interest in food-tech business models and the startup ecosystem; ideal for those aspiring to gain hands-on experience in entrepreneurship.
• Communication: Exceptional communication skills—outgoing, patient, and solution-oriented.
• Organization: Proven planning and organizational skills with a focus on holistic quality and continuous improvement.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
• Location: Residing on the European side of Istanbul.
